The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada


The January 13th & 14th, 2010 Pharmacist Evaluating Examination will take place at all scheduled examination centres as planned including London, England.

Candidates scheduled to take the January 13th & 14th, 2010 Pharmacist Evaluating Examination in Room C225, University of British Columbia, Robson Square Campus: please report to Room C100 instead, at the same location.


Please note: There are two separate application forms and two separate fees for Pharmacist Document Evaluation and the Pharmacist Evaluating Examination. The fee for the Pharmacist Document Evaluation is $530. The fee for the Pharmacist Evaluating Examination is CAD$515.

You can now print out copies of the PEBC Pharmacist Evaluating Examination Booklet, Syllabus, Application Form and Application Form Example. Adobe Reader is required which is a FREE program.

PLEASE NOTE: A printed copy of the Evaluating Examination Information booklet is available for a CAD$35 fee (more information in the Introduction section) and the Evaluating Examination Syllabus is available for an additional CAD$35 fee (more information in the Preparing for the Examination section). Requests for either of these items must be in writing, accompanied by the fee of CAD$35 in the form of a certified cheque, money order or international bank draft in Canadian funds only.
